I find Fall to be a great time to begin a new! Like the New Year, Fall and back to school is a great time to start some new healthy habits.
I am offering two 4 week series in which you will learn the basics on proper alignment points and the corrective exercise to benefit your whole body. This series will contain all that you need to know to add more movement into your life! You will stretch and strengthen your whole body. You will benefit from this series If you are new to this work or have taken class with me before. I am certain you will leave each class feeling less pain and more at ease. Class sizes will be kept small so you will get lots of individual attention.
