This two hour workshop is just $30. I feel it will benefit most everyone. Even if you don't currently have pain, but want to continue feeling great as you age.
This workshop is for you!
We will focus on helping you find strength and mobility in your feet, knees and hips. Your feet should be strong and flexible to provide support for the rest of your body. Did you know the strength of your lateral hip has a direct correlation to the health of your feet and knees. Some foot pain comes from weak hips. This class will give you tools you can incorporate into your life so you can have better balance and feel stronger in everything you do.

This 2 hour restorative exercise workshop is meant to inspire you to add more variety to the movement you do in your day. You will learn proper alignment and corrective exercises to help you work towards a stronger more functional body.
In order to provide personal attention I will keep the max at 9 students.
This class is just $30 and takes place at Local 46 in there beautiful outdoor tent space!!
Please park in the back and enter through the alley.
Come dressed to move and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
