If you have foot, knee or hip pain this workshop is for you!
Your feet are your foundation. Most of us don’t think about our feet, we just expect them to be there for us when we need them. When your feet hurt it makes it difficult to do all the things you love. Our feet should be strong and flexible to provide messages to the rest of your body. The strength of your lateral hip has a direct correlation to the health of your feet and knees.
This 2 hour restorative exercise workshop is meant to inspire you to add more variety to the movement you do in your day. You will learn proper alignment and corrective exercises to help you work towards a stronger more functional body.
In order to provide personal attention I will keep the max at 10 students. Please share with your friends and family that you believe would enjoy moving more nutritiously.
This class is just $30 and takes place at Personal Pilates Plus at 3537 W 44th Ave, Denver, CO 80211. Please park in the back and enter through the alley. Please come dressed to move and bring a yoga mat.
