Prenatal Restorative Exercise
Restorative Exercise is a movement based program created to help you find your weak spots and fill them in with corrective exercises. Our bodies have adapted to the conveniences of modern living, which means many areas of our body have become weak and stuck. Come move your way through this introductory series and learn what Restorative Exercise is and how it can help you become stronger, more supple and ready to give birth. Each class will be unique and can be targeted toward those attending.
#1: Intro to Prenatal Restorative Exercise - Pelvic Floor and Low Back. In this class we will focus on all the areas of the body that affect the pelvis and low back health.
